1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BodyFastLane. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BodyFastLane ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the BodyFastLane mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android, and the website at https://bodyfastlane.com (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you for material changes. Continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and delete your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 17 years of age to create an account and use BodyFastLane. The App processes sensitive health information that is not appropriate for younger users without parental oversight.
2.2 Parental Consent for Minors
If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may only use the App with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor's use.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
The App is available globally. Certain features may not be available in all regions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.
2.4 Capacity
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use most features, you must register with a valid email address and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it if it changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at wellfit.ojas@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit rewards, leaderboards, or referral programmes is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive behaviour, conduct that poses risk to other users, or for any reason we deem appropriate.
4. Description of Services and Features
BodyFastLane provides an integrated health and fitness platform offering the following features, which may evolve over time:
4.1 Step Counter and Activity Tracking
The App uses your device's built-in pedometer to count daily steps, measure distance, and track active minutes. Step data powers leaderboards, rewards, and the AI buddy feature.
4.2 AI-Powered Fitness Plans
The App generates personalised multi-week fitness programmes based on your health profile, fitness level, goals, and available equipment.
4.3 AI Workout Generation
You may request individual AI-generated workouts tailored to your daily mood, energy, available time, and equipment.
4.4 AI Health and Fitness Chat
The App includes a conversational AI assistant for fitness and wellness guidance. Responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
4.5 Nutrition Tracking and Meal Planning
You may scan food photos to receive AI-estimated nutrition information. The App also generates personalised daily meal plans aligned to your dietary goals.
4.6 Caretaker — Medicine and Health Management
The Caretaker feature allows you to log medications, dosage schedules, and reminder times; record health readings; manage doctor appointments; and track health conditions.
4.7 Environmental Health Risk Assessment
The App retrieves local air quality, weather, and UV data based on your location to generate a personalised environmental risk score and recommendations.
4.8 Brain Games
The App offers cognitive training games designed to support mental fitness alongside physical activity goals.
4.9 Community, Challenges, and Leaderboards
Users can participate in fitness challenges, duels, and community leaderboards. Challenge content is visible based on your privacy settings.
4.10 Rewards System
The App awards in-app rewards for achieving step goals, completing challenges, and engaging with features. Rewards have no monetary value, cannot be converted to cash, and are non-transferable.
4.11 AI Buddy
Each day, an AI-generated personalised message is delivered to you based on your recent activity and progress.
4.12 Insights and Analytics
The App provides dashboards showing your fitness trends, step history, workout completion rates, and nutrition summaries.
We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or remove any feature at any time without prior notice.
5. Health, Medical, and Fitness Disclaimer
5.1 Not a Medical Device or Service
BodyFastLane is a general health and fitness application. It is NOT a medical device, is NOT regulated by any health authority, and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. The App is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional.
5.2 Consult Your Doctor Before Starting
Before beginning any exercise programme, dietary change, or health management activity using this App, consult your physician — particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, or any physical injury.
5.3 AI-Generated Content Is Not Medical Advice
Workout plans, meal plans, nutrition analyses, health risk scores, and chat responses are generated by AI based on general information. They are not tailored to the full complexity of your individual medical history. Never rely on App content as the sole basis for health decisions.
5.4 Medication Tracking Disclaimer
The Caretaker feature is a personal tracking and reminder tool only. It does not recommend dosages or treatment protocols. Always follow your prescribing physician's instructions. In a medication emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
5.5 Assumption of Risk
By using the App, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, dietary changes, and health management activities. You agree that BodyFastLane and its team are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from your use of the App.
6. Premium Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
6.1 Free and Premium Tiers
BodyFastLane offers a free tier and a Premium subscription that unlocks advanced AI coaching, expanded analytics, and premium content.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You authorise Apple or Google to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at the time of subscription. We do not directly process or store your payment credentials.
6.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
6.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via: - iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BodyFastLane - Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → BodyFastLane
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for unused days, unless required by applicable law.
6.5 Refunds
Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective refund processes.
6.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6.7 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" function in App settings to recover your Premium subscription.
6.8 In-App Rewards Currency
In-app reward coins are earned through App activity. They are not real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We may modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time.
7. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines
7.1 Content You Submit
By submitting content to BodyFastLane — including challenge submissions, profile information, chat messages, and community comments — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, store, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Services.
7.2 Your Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for all content you submit. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
7.3 Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, promotes dangerous health practices, is false or misleading, constitutes spam, or is designed to impersonate another person.
7.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any user content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
7.5 Reporting Violations
Report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting function or email wellfit.ojas@gmail.com.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
8.1 Circumvent Security or Systems
Attempt to access, modify, or disable any security mechanism of the App or our servers; reverse-engineer or decompile any portion of the App; or use automated tools to interact with the Services.
8.2 Abuse the Rewards System
Manipulate step counts, challenge outcomes, or leaderboard rankings through deceptive means. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earned rewards.
8.3 Violate Privacy
Collect or distribute other users' personal information without consent; use the App to stalk, harass, or threaten any person.
8.4 Interfere with Operations
Transmit malware or destructive code; attempt to crash or disrupt our servers; or take any action that imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
8.5 Misrepresent Yourself
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
8.6 Violate Laws
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content within BodyFastLane — including source code, design, graphics, logos, text, AI-generated plans, animations, and the BodyFastLane brand — is the exclusive property of BodyFastLane or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial health and fitness purposes, subject to these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any portion of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
9.4 Feedback
If you submit suggestions or ideas for improving BodyFastLane, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without any obligation of compensation.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BODYFASTLANE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BODYFASTLANE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURY, DATA LOSS, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
10.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodyFastLane and its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The App integrates with third-party services including cloud infrastructure, device health APIs (Apple HealthKit, Android Activity Recognition), environmental data providers, and app store platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, security, or availability of any third-party service.
When you grant BodyFastLane permission to access your device health data, you are also agreeing to the relevant terms set by Apple or Google for that data access. You may revoke those permissions at any time through your device settings.
12. Governing Law, Disputes, and Jurisdiction
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BodyFastLane is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at wellfit.ojas@gmail.com and give us at least 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
12.3 Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, except where prohibited by law.
12.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST BODYFASTLANE IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION.
12.5 EU/UK Users
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
13. Termination and Account Deletion
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your agreement at any time by deleting your account through the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) and ceasing to use the Services.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users, or if we discontinue the Services.
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Any in-app rewards and Premium subscription benefits are forfeited. Sections covering Health Disclaimer, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Governing Law survive termination.
13.4 Discontinuation of Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BodyFastLane regarding the Services.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
14.5 Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, war, or infrastructure outages.
14.6 Language
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are for convenience only. In the event of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
