Vitals Diary
A wearable can only read what it can measure, so for anyone without a synced cuff — most people, and nearly everyone over fifty — the blood pressure and blood sugar cards stayed permanently empty. The Vitals Diary is the manual half: type a reading in and it becomes part of the same record.
How it works
- Blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, blood oxygen and temperature, logged by hand
- Per-metric ownership: once you type a metric yourself, your readings own it and device data for it is dropped rather than blended
- Personal target ranges override the population thresholds, so your numbers are coloured against your clinician’s advice
- A Doctor Visit Summary computes on-device and always renders — the AI only adds the prose, so it still works in a clinic with no signal
